Jenn brings 20+ years of expertise navigating private equity, venture capitalist, and public companies through rapid growth or complex business transformations, or both.  Jenn has led global Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to scale their businesses.

Jenn’s tenacity, adaptability, and relentless commitment to continuous improvement enabled her Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to scale the business. Her results-driven approach has delivered impactful financial and cash flow results, operational efficiencies, high employee engagement, and increased customer retention and customer renewal rates.

Before launching FinOps Blueprint, Jenn held various leadership roles during her nine years at the San Diego startup, and Forbes, “The World’s Most Innovative Company, ServiceNow; including, VP of Financial Programs, VP and International Controller, Sr Director of Global Accounting Operations, and Sr Director of Global Services Operations. Other leadership roles include Director of Finance Operations for FMT Consultants, LLC, a professional services company recently acquired by Citrin Cooperman, and Sr Advisor for Vaco, LLC, where they launched a pay-as-you revenue model serving 5.5 million telecommunications customers, and Director of Accounting at AMN Healthcare, Inc., where she played a crucial role in the assessment, due diligence, accounting for business combinations, and post-close integration stages in multiple M&A deals valued at ~ $250M. In Jenn’s early career, she performed accounting and audit services for Andersen Consulting engagements.
